Song of the day – February 18 2024

Hello, for those that actually read this. I had taken a break from this series of blogs, not because I didn’t have songs to share; but because things had been really busy with work. In my line of work, winter is a rough time of the year; and we recently got some annoying snow.

Onto the topic at hand; Corbyn was a part of one of my favorite bands, Why Don’t We. He was one of the best performers in the group, and I knew a solo career would be a huge success for him. He’s a talented artist. I will definitely continue to follow his solo career, and hope he continues making hits like these.

Song of the day- February 08 2024

This song can relate to anyone who has lost contact with someone who used to be a friend, a friend close enough to be family. I know myself I’ve had friends like that when I was younger, that I no longer speak to. It’s tough. Thankfully for me I do have a friend since 6th grade who will always be my ride or die (Love you “Ralph”) so I never have to say goodbye to her, but I’ve watched other friends move away, or leave and that was it. I’ve also had friends from high school that I don’t speak to, from previous jobs, sometimes we just fade away from someone’s life.

Song of The Day – February 03 2024

This song is sung by an artist who much like myself struggles from depression. This song will hit you hard if you’ve battled depression, or any other mental illness that takes its tole. When I first heard it, I thought it was hauntingly beautiful. I’m glad more artists are beginning to open up about their struggles, which in turn will help others. Now I want to share it with you.
